Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of tenhours.ai and the informational content available on it. They do not govern any consulting or development engagement — those are covered by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by JCC 10, LLC, a California limited liability company (“TenHours.ai,” “we,” “us”). Contact: jake@tenhours.ai.
2. Acceptance
By accessing the site or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
3. The site is informational
Everything published here — service descriptions, pricing pages, the calculator, blog posts, case studies — is informational and may change without notice. Pricing and scope for any actual engagement will be set out in a written proposal or statement of work, not on this site.
4. The calculator
The time-savings calculator produces estimates based on the inputs you provide. The numbers it returns are illustrative, not a forecast or guarantee of results in your business. Don’t use it as a substitute for financial or professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through any form on the site.
- Submit anyone else’s personal information without their permission.
- Use the site to send spam, phishing, or malicious content.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the site’s security or its providers (Netlify, Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare).
- Scrape the site at volume or load that disrupts service for other visitors.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the site’s code beyond normal browser use.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s code, copy, design, and the “TenHours.ai” name are owned by JCC 10, LLC. You may view and share links to the public pages, and you may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, mirror the site, or use our brand to imply endorsement without written permission.
Third-party trademarks (Microsoft Azure, AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are the property of their respective owners; mentions are descriptive, not endorsements.
7. Submissions and feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback through the site or email, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them for any purpose, without obligation to you. Don’t send anything you consider confidential through the contact form — if you have something sensitive, ask us to set up a proper channel first.
8. Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services (Calendly for scheduling, GitHub for source links, etc.). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
9. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCC 10, LLC and its principals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, in which case the limits apply to the fullest extent permitted there.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JCC 10, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
