Cloud + API costs (Azure / OpenAI / Anthropic) are billed directly by those providers to your account — usually $20–$80/month for a typical workload. You always see exactly what you spend.

What you get with every plan: code that runs on infrastructure you control, API keys in your name, full documentation, and the freedom to walk away with everything if we ever stop working together. No lock-in.
Audit guarantee: if our free 30-min audit doesn’t identify at least 10 hours per week of recoverable time, you keep the written analysis and owe me nothing. I’ll also point you toward an off-the-shelf tool that fits better than what I’d build.

Common questions

Who pays for the OpenAI / Azure / cloud bill?

You do, directly to the provider. API keys are issued in your name, billed to your card. For a typical workload that’s $20–$80/month on top of the subscription. You always see exactly what you spend, and you can rate-limit or shut it off anytime.

Can I cancel? What happens to the tool if I do?

Cancel anytime, no penalties. The code already lives in your cloud account, in your repo, with your keys — it keeps running after I leave. You lose the maintenance and improvements I provide; you don’t lose the tool.

What if you get hit by a bus?

Reasonable question for a solo operator. Three layers of protection: (1) every line of code lives in a repo you own, with documentation; (2) you have your own cloud and API keys, so nothing is gated behind my accounts; (3) I keep a written runbook for each client’s setup, escrow’d with my LLC. In the worst case you’re inconvenienced, not stranded.

Is my client / customer data shared with you?

No. Your tools run on your cloud, against your data. I have admin access during the build window so I can deploy and test; after handoff I have read-only telemetry access so I can produce the monthly hours-saved report. I never see customer records, client lists, or proprietary data unless you explicitly share something during a support request.

What’s the difference between Starter and Growth?

Starter is one core workflow — pick the highest-leverage thing in your business and we automate it. Growth is three workflows that share data and infrastructure (e.g. lead capture → AI response → CRM update, all wired together), plus a branded UI and a monthly call. If you only need one thing, Starter is the right answer; if you have a few connected pain points, Growth pays back faster.

What happens after the 2-week build?

You get a recorded walkthrough, a one-page “how to use this” doc, and a 30-day check-in on the calendar. From there the monthly fee covers maintenance (model updates, dependency upgrades, fixing things that break) plus a monthly hours-saved report so the value stays visible. I also fold in small improvements as I think of them — you’re not paying me to babysit.

Why not just use ChatGPT or Zapier?

For one-off tasks, ChatGPT is great — you should already be using it. The reason to hire me is when (a) the same workflow runs many times per week, (b) it needs to integrate with your existing tools (CRM, MLS, calendar, SMS), or (c) you want a teammate to use it without learning prompt engineering. I’ll happily tell you on the audit if your situation is the “just use ChatGPT” case.

Can I see a contract before signing?

Yes — one page, plain English. You’ll see it before any payment. Mutual 30-day cancellation, no auto-renewing terms, no liquidated damages, no ownership clauses on your data or workflows.

Not sure which fits?

Tell me about your workflow. I'll point you to the right plan — or tell you honestly if none of them fit.
